Home buyers are often limited from 5 to 10 days to get a home inspection. We highly recommend that you schedule it as quickly as possible. Often times you may need to obtain quotes or bids from specialized contractors as a result of our findings. This will also take additional time, so don’t put yourself in a situation of having to rush, which is never a good idea. Because timeliness is important, we will schedule your real estate inspection as quickly as availability permits, but if you were to wait several days after the effective date of your contract, you may find it very difficult to find a “top tier inspector”. We perform home inspections 7 days a week when necessary, but last minute inspection requests are sometimes ia bit more difficult to accommodate. Our service area includes not only Greater San Antonio, but all of Bexar county, Comal county, Bandera county Atascosa county, Guadalupe County, Medina County and Kerr county.
